Good looking bar let down by poorly designed mount

On the plus side, the metal components look good and are solidly made. However, as Juliet pointed out, the plastic mounting system is poor. Installation was ok but the metal posts do not sit solidly on the mount and can dig into the drywall. Also, after 3 years the plastic mount has cracked/failed under a normal weight towel and there's a note here saying that replacement mounts are not available.

Terrible anchor design

I purchased the towel bar, towel ring and paper holder. On the plus side, they look very nice. Unfortunately the "pro fit" installation is badly designed, difficult to install and even harder to remove. Instead of the old fashioned installation method which takes 2 seconds and involves only a screw, this design has a plastic tab that you have to press in with tiny screwdriver and a lot of muscle and at the same time pulling up on the item to get it off the wall. I cringed hearing the wall tearing as I finally got it off. Although I was able eventually to install the towel bar securely (took 1/2 hour and 2 people to remove later when we were painting), the paper holder and towel ring were never secure on the wall. The anchors just don't work well.
