It's An Air Conditioner With Heat!
The ac works just fine and I like the fact that it cycles and both the cold and the heat work. It is being used in a small room for the time being and the temp is set to 74 and it seems to be keeping that temp with no problem. It's a little louder than I would like, but it works and that is what counts. One thing that I want to mention. When I installed it and started using it a smell came out of it like it had been in storage for some time. It was an old type smell. Filled the room. I had to use frebreeze to knock it out and I ended up spraying the coils on the ac to help knock out that smell. It seems to have worked. No more smell.

This was bought for my son's room that I added on. He has used this unit now for a couple of weeks. It has had no problem cooling 230sf. I haven't been able to tell much of a change in my electric bill since using this as well. Seems to be very energy efficient. I will update review when we use the heat.
