This was actually awesome for when my toddler was sick. Sorry, not into the whole Frieda bigger sucker with the mouth suction and the bulbs you can't really clean. this is cleanable and it really sucks them out! great for my sick 2 year old who still hasn't figured out how to blow his nose.
