Onn wall mount
I received this product and it came in very useful. I used this t.v mount to hang a t.v in my spare bedroom it was a 32 inch t.v. It comes with everything you need to hang the mount with.It comes with very clear instructions. It will tilt forward or backwards. It is a very sturdy mount. It hold up to 44lbs. Highly recommend this product. Thanks Onn for a great product.

Solid and Smart Engineering
This mount is for 13-32 TVs but I have put on my 40 TV without any problem. It is very strong and will hold my thin TV easily. The best thing, I like is the instructions or a cheat sheet for screwing bracket in the wall. Please see "Instruction" pic. I had struggled with accurate screw behind different thing in the past, but the included cheat sheet made my life easy. The other prominent feature is the locking system. Comparatively speaking, this locking system is very impressive. The V shaped mount snugs the other piece holding the TV pretty well. Please see the attached locking pic. Overall I would recommend this wall mount.

Space saver
If you need floor space in your living room, family, game, or bed room, then you might want to consider this wall mount. It will hang your TV anywhere on the wall, so you don't need a large table, or TV stand to set it on. This wall mount will hold a 13"- 32", and any size in between TV, and up to 44 lbs in weight. It's easy to install Just match the VESA, mounting-hole pattern on the back of your TV. You will need a few tools to take the mount apart, then attach it to the TV, then tools for mounting it to the wall, you will find a list of everything you need in the product guide. Once its all assembled it will tilt up or down to an angle of 8° either way, this helps to reduce glare from room lights, or Sunshine through the windows. All the hardware is included like washers, bolts, spacers, etc., along with two pamphlets with easy to understand instructions on how to install it all. It sticks out approximately 1.5” from wall. I do not know if you can use it on a PC screen, because the hole pattern is a little different, but it hangs my TV well without any problems.
