This mat is really nice for the price. It sure was rolled tightly, but fortunately, my loveseat is very low to the floor. So I could slide the mat under it which helped it to straighten it out overnight.

Made for a low-pile carpet

I have used these before but did not realize there are mats for low or high pile carpet. This was apparently for a low pile carpet. It was not placed over a shag carpet but one with about a 1/2" pile. The spikes did not hold it in place so I was constantly moving in back place. I returned for refund.
