This Dishwasher WILL fall apart within 3 years

The dishwasher looks nice and washes dishes well. If you have the Dry Boost feature on it drys well. With it off then expect to have some dishes that are wet. The touch/button panel on top WILL come off. Read the other reviews and look at the similarities. Ours started to come apart after 2 years. I'm not sure how long it will last until the touch/button panel comes off completely and the dishwasher becomes unusable.

When it starts to break just throw it away.

This is the second new home I have purchased equipped with GE Appiances and the quality of this dishwasher is junk. In 5 years I have replaced the pump, motor, upper and lower racks, and utensil holder. And this is a too of the line dishwasher from GE. I should have made it very clear to the builder that I knew GE is junk from my previous home and I would not purchase this home if GE was the only appliance option.

Falling Apart after Three Years

Purchased three years ago. Things went well for the first couple years until the top trim of the front door cracked and fell off earlier this year (I glued it back on), and now the insulation has crumbled and fallen out of the door onto my floor. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this dishwasher. It's just three years old.
