JUNK

I bought this about month ago and it the biggest piece of crap I've ever owned. I bought DUCK brand and paid MORE for it --- what a mistake. Don't make the same mistake I did. The tape cutter doesn't come out far enough to cut the tape with no adjustment and you end up with a piece of tape 2 feet long and have to cut it with scissors anyway - so what's the point. The guide bar under the tape catches the tape and you can't get it off. At the bottom of this review form it essentially says their going to sell my email address and MAKE MORE MONEY ON ME.

I need a "how to load this device with tape"! video... I do not think it is very useful at all at this moment & I think I am still having issues with using it.
