Excellent picture quality

I wasn't familiar with the Hisense brand but this particular mini-LED was well rated. After hooking up the TV, I was not impressed with the picture quality but found that I was not on a HD channel. Once I switched to an HD channel I found the picture quality to be excellent. The set up was straightforward except for registering for the warranty - the online warranty signup had trouble uploading the proof of purchase.

Good Value for a Full Array

I wanted a full array led backlit TV since I have this in fairly bright room. I took a chance on Hisense, a brand I had never heard of, because of the price and good reviews about the picture quality. This TV has a great picture and I am happy with it. The sound is find for normal viewing but you can always add a sound bar or bluetooth speaker. Many reviews complained about the Google TV (also called Android TV) being slow and buggy on Hisense TV's. I did not find this the case on mine. I have a good wifi connection and Google TV ran fine. Google TV itself is usable once you search the internet and find out how to uncover all it's features and add apps and programs. A lot of these features like Play Store for Google TV are unnecessarily buried in menus but are there. Overall I call this TV a good value. I was insentivized and small gift coupon for doing this review, but I stand by the review without the invcentive.
