Nice pond deicer, handling our 250 gallon pond and keeping it from freezing after the first storm. Thinking of purchasing another one to continue as the weather gets even more frosty here in the northern Poconos. The deicer is keeping the pond warm enough that the pump is running to provide needed aeration for the goldfish.

So far so good. I bought a different type of pond heater 2 years in a row. Both failed after one winter season. It was a floating type so maybe exposure to the elements was its weakness. This one is submersible, hoping for a better outcome.
