I love the shower head's different settings and ease of installation. However, after less than 4 months use the plastic piece that hold the shower head to the shower cracked.

Great shower head, terrible bracket
I had this installed by my contractor as part of a total bathroom remodel. Love all my Moen products and I loved this one...until the bracket came off the pipe while I was trying to take a shower. The install was in October, 2019. This is March, 2020. It lasted 5 months. I thought it had just come loose, but it won't screw back on. I was very happy until this happened. As a stopgap measure, I have screwed the shower hose directly onto the pipe until I can figure something else out.
