I like this product. I was leery because it isn't usually the main line cleaner that we use. but it works fine. make sure you brush your teeth or do whatever you need to do in that sink before you for the stuff in. if it's draining at all wait till it drains then pour it in if not you might have to take the jail off the pipe and power it out a little bit. as I said pull this up in leave it alone for at least 6 to 8 hours. it's not an immediate fix any used for 6 to 8 hours not 15 minutes. it should work fine. mine is an old thing it's always been slow even trimming your beard would stop this thing up in the first place just hit the beard trimmings out with a Kleenex or something.

I recommend you alter the directions for much improved flow. After letting the product sit in the drain piping for the specified 30 minutes, do not use the low temp hot tap water as suggested. I boil water (212°F) and pour that down the drain. I repeat this boiled water flush of the pipes another 4 times, using a almost a full gallon each time, for a total of almost 4 gallons of boiling hot water. This helps the product 'melt' and flush the gunk much farther along the plumbing path.. beyond a lot of the piping inside the house and in the walls
