Defective Product

Aug 31 my husband and I purchased our new home with KB. They installed this shower head in all our showers. In our downstairs shower, the first shower head broke apart completely while I was showering my 3yr old. A KB construction manager came and replaced the shower head with another. We even had our water pressure checked. Just last night, the shower head busted. The center piece and spring came out of the outer part. This product was made with cheap plastic and I don't feel it is a safe product anymore, given this has happened twice.

Awful Product!

I've only lived in my house since Aug 31. I've had this shower head replaced once in one bathroom, and the second replacement busted. Now another one busted apart in another bathroom! Nobody has misused this product. We've even had the pressure turned down in our home twice!

Very poor water pressure. Extremely bad.

Very poor water pressure. Extremely bad. Would not recommend at all. If this is an example of Moen products I shall look elsewhere.
