Picture size

It has great clarity but the picture size is small and it says you have no option to adjust the size, the picture is 6 inches smaller on both top and bottom than the tv, if I wanted a smaller picture, I would have just purchased a smaller tv, its ridiculous that you cant adjust the picture size to fit the tv, I have never heard of that before. Also the sound quality is so low I have to have it turned all the way up. If you buy this tv, buy a sound bar as well.

Nice tv but poorly designed remote

The remote control arrows are adjacent to the pay channels such as peime and Netflix So if you miss the arrow button you'll end up on one of the pay channels which then requires several steps to get back to where I was at. It's proving to be a bit frustrating. The picture on the other hand is unparalleled. It's simply amazing how clear the picture is

i will never order from Wal-Mart agsin until they stop using fed ex. the television was delivered to the wrong address, broken. yer we have to go to the trouble of printing return label, scheduling return with no option for replacement and wait for refund. LOSE fed ex Walmart.
