I've used other brands before but this one seems to work best for my fatty liver. I'm not saying the other brands are bad but just for my body composition, this particular brand always seems to yield me good results when I see the doctor and he does a liver exam via the blood test and usually tells me it's doing fine. I used a different manufacturer last time and he knows that my fatty liver enzymes were going up higher again so I'm back to this one again.
