Vegan Probiotic Blend

Claims to contain 14 Vegan Strains, and Vitamin B5. Not intended for under 18. I like the Vegan aspect and found no discomfort while using this blend. I know it is claimed to be better to use dark glass bottles for some medicines, and this has a very dark bottle but not glass. I didn't experience stomach upset or difficulty with swallowing.

No More Upset Stomach

I am doing a review on the peak PeakBiotic: Vegan Probiotic + Prebiotic Gut Health Blend. It states on the bottle to take one capsule with water first thing in the morning. There are sixty capsules in the bottle so this is a two-month supply. I have only been taking this for a week so I can only tell you what it has done for me in this time frame. I am 62 years old and have a weak stomach. As of yesterday, the sixth day of taking this supplement my stomach feels so much better. I don't feel heavy and bloated now. This probiotic is supposed to help with gut health, skincare, mood, and anti-aging, regular bowel movements, brain health, strengthen your immunity, help with leaky guts, and so much more. This product is vegan and is also caffeine-free. The capsules are large but I don't have any problems swallowing them. They do not have a taste or an after taste to them. So they are easy to take. These capsules are also non-gmo. I am going to continue taking these to see what other benefits they offer me. I noticed that there is vitamin B5 in these. The B vitamins are supposed to be really good for your moods. I highly recommend these supplements. I looking forward to seeing how it helps my skin.

So far so good

First time trying it my husband has really bad stomach issues and we recently started eating low fat diet and probiotics. This daily supplement seems to work fine. Take one a day in the morning doesn't taste like anything. Excited to use everyday and see real changes.
