How to Get Relief
 1. Choose any of our natural senna plant-based laxatives: Senokot® Regular Strength, Senokot® Extra Strength, Senokot® Laxative* Gummies, Senokot® Laxative* Tea, or Senokot-S® Dual Action (senna plus docusate sodium stool softener).
 2. Take your Senokot laxative product preferably just before bedtime or as directed by a doctor.
 3. Within six to twelve hours, you'll generally have a bowel movement.
