I think it helped , i would buy it again!

These shower steamers work wonders for clearing up sinuses—the menthol and eucalyptus combo hits fast and makes you feel like you just walked into a spa (or a very fancy cough drop). The only downside? They dissolve faster than my motivation on a Monday morning. I wish they lasted longer, but while they're going, they're great. If you need a quick sinus-clearing boost, they're worth it—just don't expect an all-day aromatherapy session. - It did clear a good chunk of my breathing up on a sinus infection/ congested sinuses - the puck lasted 5 minutes at most - it was pricey so I can't say if it was worth the price or not. -Could've possibly gotten this same result by using Vicks on my chest / nose / feet? No because i literally had been doing that for days -PRO Tip don't put it right under the shower it was dissolve very quicky i put it just on the little soap shelf where water was able to splash on it but not the whole time ..

Helped relieve stuffy nose

This was my first time ever using a shower steamer tablet but it did the job and helped relieve my stuffy nose. I wasn't sure how messy it would be when it melted on the shower floor so I put it on a saucer to see how it would do and it melted without making a mess. It's not something I would use every day when showering, but I would purchase again if needed when having a cold or trouble with a stuffy nose.

The max vapor shower steamers were a lifesaver in our home when we all came down with the flu and more right before Christmas. The max shower steamers made us feel so much better and helped her breathing so much. We would even just sit in the bathroom while someone else was taking a shower..
