The M-D Vinyl Concealed PEASE/Channel Fit Under Door Seal features vinyl fins for protection from drafts, moisture, dust and insects. Save on energy by sealing the bottom of the door and keeping the heat or air conditioning from escaping. Requires removal of the door in order to screw or nail to the bottom of the door. It is less visible than most Under Door Seals and is ideal for a more concealed look. Used to replace Under Door Seals on pre-hung doors. Before installation, cut to desired length using a hacksaw.

Perfect Fit!!!
If you have a Pease steel door with this style track then this is the product you want. Slid right on the bottom track in 30 seconds. My old one was 24 yrs old.

Pease door bottom with vinyl fins.
I opened the door so I could remove the old bottom, it slid out easily.I then slide the new door bottom in and trimmed the piece off so the door could close. Works awesome with no drafts at all.
