Carnation Evaporated Milk is widely used in making a variety of desserts in a number of countries. I come from South Asia and I live in the USA and just like any other Indian, Pakistani or the Middle Eastern I love Karak Chai which is one of the favourite hot drinks of a lot off nations and believe me Carnation is the best milk to make this special Karak Chai. I am sure a lot of Indians and Pakistanis would agree with me on this.

I have used carnation evaporated milk, all my life, just as my parents before me. I made a flan with it, which turned out delicious as usual and at this time of the year adding 1/4 cup to 3/4 milk makes an absolutely delicious hot chocolate. I always have at least two cans in my battery.

There are so many ways to use this but my favorite way is to use it as coffee creamer. I drink Nescafe instant coffee so I just heat up a cup of water, put in a tablespoon of instant coffee, three packets of Splenda and a good size splash of Carnation Evaporated Milk. Stir is up and you got a cup of heaven! Great Taste! Enjoy :)
