we really like the the showerhead,

We really enjoy our new showerhead from Moen especially the magnetized holder very convenient to use to take down and put up Install was easy

Excellent product

After 21 years of flawless use the shower started to drip slightly. I called Moen and they're shipping a new, free of charge. Awesome!

Frustrating

Bought this a month ago and cant get it to stop leaking at the shower head. Have spent numerous hours trying different methods and today im taking it back it get a new one, hopefully they return this leaking one.

If you purchased a replacement part, like our Moen Posi-Temp replacement cartridge, part number 1222/1222B, the part would have a one-year warranty. The most common cause of cartridge failure is due to damage to the rubber o-rings and grommets on the cartridge, which can occur if sediment or debris breaks loose in the water lines or from hard/high mineral content water running through the cartridge.
