New Lawn!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a green thumb nor have I tried really tried to be Lawn Proud, however Pennington Smart Patch Tall Fescue Mix makes it almost impossible to goof up. My lawn was pretty raggedy looking since I had bought the house and has really just gone downhill. When I heard about this product I decided to give it a whirl. With very little effort on my part, besides initially applying it and watering it, I have new grass growing in less than a week! I am so impressed. It was effortless.

Great for frosty seasons lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can honestly say that this Pennington smart patch tall fescue mix worked on a few frosty nights we have had. My grass was dying where the boys have been peeing. (yes they are potty trained Lol) I received the Pennington mix a few weeks ago and decided to put it on the spots and the grass started growing and turning green again. It was also on frosty nights. I didn't know we were gonna have cold nights because I didn't check the weather but it did still work. So yes I would recommend this product.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently done a lot of landscaping around our home and also had a water line break which we had to dig up and resulted in lots of tearing up our yard unfortunately but with the Pennington smart patch I'm starting to see progress with new growth I'm so happy and definitely recommend this product
