You need to have your Modem's MAC address changed at the ISP. Instructions not clear on how to change the default network id from ORBIxx to whatever you were using to make the changes transparent to your network so all the devices on your network play nice together.

Purchased the Orbi WiFI 6 System from the recommendation from our internet provider tech. I requested a tech to find out why we couldn't stream movies or use our phones across the house, etc. He stated the router was old and outdated and I needed to replace it. He suggested the Orbi as it was much better than the one they could provide. WOW! (He did update the modem) I,m so grateful to the tech for knowing his stuff. I immediately ordered the Orbi and found we also get so many more stations on our new Smart TV. AND, I installed it myself in about 20 mins. Super easy instructions, even this old lady could do it. It was a little pricy but so well worth it. Now we don't have to wait for Netflix to buffer multiple times during a movie. Don't wait... just order it. NOW!!!!
