SSD's are amazing devices!

Small, very lightweight. Your smartphone is bigger and heavier by far than these amazing devices. Its form factor is the now standard "2.5", and comes with a spacer frame to use in laptop 2.5" drive bays to eliminate wiggle. Fast, these put spinner drives to shame. With durability rated even higher than their speed, and prices so low, it really is time to try them out. Once you do, you won't go back. I plugged this one into the SATA data and power cables, replacing the ten year old WD Caviar Black series 640 gig drive that failed. It was my system/boot drive, and now this tiny SanDisk SSD is my new system/boot drive. And I am impressed! I will be buying more, and higher capacity drives next! Excellent product!

Sped up my Acer laptop a lot

I bought this for my Acer ES711 laptop. It has greatly increased its performance and reboot/ log in speeds. If you want to greatly speed up your computer or laptop this SSD is a great choice.

SSD for the Win!

It's not the fastest SSD but as far as bang for the buck goes this is hard to beat. I've had it for about a year now and it's still going strong. The first time you boot up will be amazing. The 7200 rpm that it replaced was loud and about 10 times slower to boot my computer up. I keep my media files on the old 7200 rpm and keep all of the system files and any programs I use constantly on this one. Remember to turn off your defragger as SSDs not only don't need that but will last longer if you don't unnecessarily re-write.
