Easy to put together. Had to print Quick Start Guide off the Motorola website. Following the instructions was easy. Lots of serial numbers and model %23's and such. Cable company only needed one of the numbers to activate the modem. So far, no problems.

I'm using the model with Comcast/Xfinity. I bought this one to replace an older Motorola model because this one has greater download speed. I had no problems with my older Motorola modem and I've had no problems with this one. The installation is easy. This modem has more than doubled my download speed. There's no reason to rent a modem from your cable provider. It's a waste of money. I highly recommend any of the Motorola modems.
