I purchased 3 of these beds for my three kids. Buying products like this is something I'm always reluctant to do because of how frequently pieces for assembly are missing. Three out of three, every set was complete. The instructions were very easy to follow with easy to understand illustrations. Everything piece was labeled to prevent any confusion about which part attaches to another. I took my time on the first two, but by the time I was putting together the third, it was super easy and I just glanced at the instructions a few times to make sure I didn't miss a step. I had all three put together, by myself, in just a little over three hours (that included interruptions by my kids and taking a couple of breaks). All the needed hardware and allen tool are included. My three kids are young and hyperactive, but so far these frames seem to be holding up well. One thing I found strange but very helpful is that four of the mattress support bars have double sided tape. That's a concept I have never seen before, but it's holding they're mattresses firmly in place despite their hyperactivity. That's a plus for me. I also love not needing box springs. As far as appearances, it looks great for what it costs. The all black will easily complement any decor, and the faux leather button tufted headboard is more aesthetically pleasing than I expected. Time will tell. I've only had them together and in use for two nights at the time of writing this review, but so far, I absolutely would recommend this product.
