Doesn't fit!!!!

I love the design and was so excited to find something I liked. I have an iPhone 11 and this case is supposed to fit but doesn't. It's too small. Now, I finally have time to address this issue and find it's way too late to return it. I'm stuck with a beautiful case that I can never use and also have to burn more time trying to find something else. I'm hesitant to order online for fear it might happen again.
