Everything is great with the chair however it just didn't work in a narrow tub for my parents who are elderly and one is disabled so they needed one that was more narrow with a swivel seat. Unfortunately it is non refundable, and it was never used I assembled it and set it in the tub to find that it didn't work. Aside from being non refundable I would recommend it.

If you build things this is a common sense assembly. But because the assembly instructions are so basic - would make it difficult for some one that hasnt put stuff together in the past. It is sturdy. Narrow to fit in the tub facing or about face the shower. I liked because of the wide feet but does come with more tapered feet if you prefer. I am happy with this.

i like the size of the chair, I do have a small shower so it is a tight fit but would be perfect for a regular sized tub/shower. the seat is extremely comfortable I purchased this because I am currently receiving chemo for breast cancer and my blood count is low as well as my iron etc which is causing dizziness so I don't feel safe standing for long periods. this chair makes me feel more secure.
