Helps with mood and sleep.
The calming medicine does what it says. I truly recommend! I keep a bottle with me everywhere I go and one at home. Trust me it helps! This formula is 100% alcohol free and extract quality is excellent. Helps with mood and sleep. Taste was a little strong just to put in water, but seems to be just fine in juice .

I bought it for my child because I know about its amazing benefits, such as Lemon Balm reducing nerve pain, being helpful for ADHD and Autism, and reducing anxiety and stress. I heard that it can help with sore throats. I'm so glad I found a product that's good for my child when they have a sore throat because, in winter, my child often gets sore throats and coughs. This is also a brand that I find safe for my family.

Jet Lag/HFMD Essential
Gave this to kiddo (and adults too!) when we had jet lag and HFMD. Supposedly Lemon Balm is antiviral on top of being calming. Good taste (I dripped/painted it directly onto the insides of our mouth), and we recovered without too much pain or hassle after a week.
