I bought because it's a great price compared to others. It started right u and got to temperature within 30 minutes! Amazingly fast. I don't plan on having it running all the time, just as an overflow for small items requiring freezing. So, it's sitting in the basement unplugged right now. I don't know in the long run if it will have longevity, or not. But, for the price, I'm not worried if it craps out. A great buy in my opinion!
