I didn't know where exactly to go once I walked into the service shop but the younger gentleman was very helpful and friendly. Also there's a woman that seems like she's the manager that's very friendly. I wish I knew their names. Just the little things people do like oh just go here, thank you sir you're all set makes a huge difference. Thank you Walmart in Franklin Virginia and to Walmart pay these people their worth to keep them around longer. I've been an auto body technician for around 20 years and I always try to take the frustration away from customers and that's exactly what the Walmart service techs did for me. Thank you.

All of my expectations and demands were met exactly as I wanted using the app to order my tire for my truck and making an appointment was easy, Checked in hand over the keys, come back and pick up my truck all done. Walmart is the best store ever you can't convince me otherwise
