I especially by the ones without noodles or rice because I try to keep my carbohydrates down cuz they make it fat and give you a big belly. And they're a dollar cheaper at Walmart than Publix unless Publix has a twofer or BOGO on them

Oh my goodness, what a discovery! I just tried this kind and I love it. It's easy to prepare, cooks quickly and I can make dinner for two for $10 or under, at the time of this review. It really is nutritionally balanced and less salty and fatty than most frozen dinners. It would be nice if they were a little bigger, though.
