nice lightweight trimmer.
I've had it about 5 years. I have about an acre with 30 trees of various kinds and use it to trim around them, pool, swing, etc. I was happy to discover I never ran out of power when using it pretty continuously over an hour. I bought spare whips but have only used one. My only complaint is that I sometimes have to "bang" It a bit on something hard to get it to release more whip

Okay ... but ...
I've had this for 5 years now, and the basics of it are great, good features and usability. Except ... the "automatic" string feed is useless. I constantly have to stop, turn it over and advance the string manually. When it does work (sort of) it leaves me with approximately 2" of string length. If I do not continually check it, it will disappear into the housing, and then must be manually reinstalled. I'm sort of surprised that there are not any reviews of this yet, but I guess it's easy to see why.
