Customer Service and Support

I purchased a Moen bathroom faucet back in 2002, the faucet started to drip in December 2019 and when I called Moen to advise them of the issue, without hesitation they offered replacement values free of charge. I am a customer for life.

Gorgeous feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet really brings everything together. It has a look that could be used in an industrial type, farmhouse, or even mid century modern style bathroom. I was concerned about the look of the faucet since it is a single hole faucet and we have a three hole sink.The faucet came with an option for three hole sinks and I love it. The color is truly a solid matte black. It does not have any other brandishing or brush marks on it like some darker bronze hardware has. It looks very sleek. It also comes with the supply lines, so that will save you an additional purchase. The single handle is sleek looking and the water flows really nice. The drain stop is a small lever in the back and is easy to use. I want to change out all of my hardware and faucets now, because the simple refresh enlivens the space, especially in a small powder room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this faucet. It's so nice. The color especially. It's very easy to work. It has red and blue stickers for hot and cold. I love it, it really goes with my farmhouse theme. It was also very easy to install!
