Needed replacement parts twice in 4 years

The side sprayer handle failed and I had to order a part under warranty after 3 years. The side sprayer hose has now failed and I need to order a second part under warranty in only 4 years. The side sprayer never squirted with any force to begin with. My plumber says that Elkay parts are not stocked by plumbers like other more common brands, so I am stuck waiting for a replacement part again. I am paying a plumber to seal off the hose so I can use my sink until a replacement part shows up.
