My gastroenterologist recommended a fiber supplement for my IBS-M. I found this product and I am so glad I did! The gummies taste decent, and I feel like my gut health has improved since starting taking them a couple months ago. They are a little pricey for me, but worth it based on my results. Very rarely am I running to the restroom suddenly, and also very rarely am I stuck in the restroom for long periods of time. (Great improvement!) I would definitely recommend these to others who have IBS-C or IBS-M, or anyone looking to add fiber and prebiotics to their care routine.

Four years I took ilium and did not realize that my horrible itchiness was due to just that: psyllium! Doctors, itch creams, antihistamines, offer for approximately five years of discomfort, especially at night. All because of psyllium. This product does not have psyllium. I can't say enough positive things about it now if they just improve the taste of the “orange flavored” ones…? I still would never switch again.

Bought because my Dr. suggested to help regulate me. These have definitely helped me. The flavor is pleasant, no aftertaste.The only drawback for me was they tend to stick to the bottle, and halfway thru, they seem to harden somewhat . Other than that, im pleased. price is great.
