Works OK but far from perfect
I use this with my DWG089 3 line laser level. It worked well outdoors in the summer but not in the winter. It has to be kept warm to function. Even then ut ha ssome issues. It stops beeping and “loses” the laser signal when it is on center, most detectors go to a solid tone. It seems a little jumpy also. Can get within a 1/4” and that is about it. The Stabila and Topcon both get within a confident 1/8” on the same application.

Either too sensitive or no reading.
Like the laser but the detector sucks. Very inconsistent. Doesn't seem to like heat and really just not useful at my 40 foot range max distances. Maybe in a cool indoor environment it might be okay. Maybe I got a bad one but not willing to spend the money to find out. Disappointed!!!
