fairlife Lactose Free Ultra Filtered Whole Milk, 52 fl oz

Our grand daughter has a rare genetic condition and she cannot have anything with lactose. We decided to give up dairy as a family to support her diet. We use soy, almond, and coconut milk. This Fairlife milk is an interesting concept because it does come from a cow and it is still considered dairy, and it is milk with no lactose. The process of ultra filtering to remove lactose seems legit, but at the end of the day we decided not to give her the milk. However, we decided that we would at least try the milk. We have not had any dairy in over 8 years, and we really didn’t know how our bodies would react to cow milk or if we would even like it. The milk is delicious! My husband and I both loved the flavor, it’s not too sweet, an airy kind of flavor. But it is very filling. Probably because we are used to soy milk on cereal, the whole milk was so much thicker. But the texture was a great addition compared to what we have been drinking. Also there is not a bad after taste that we get from soy, and almond milk. Neither one of us finished a full bowl of cereal, but the taste was delicious. We will continue with lactose free diet, and this milk will now be a staple for my husband and I.

In my house we all have issues with milk. We have tried several brands but have yet to find one that meets our expectations. Fairlife milk is unlike any other brand I have tried. This milk is rich and creamy and does not pose ill effects on my digestive system. I bake quite a bit and I also use Fairlife milk in my recipies. It will be so nice to enjoy a bowl of cereal again thanks to Fairlife milk. This milk is great and I highly recommend it to everyone.
