Here's a shorter version, ideal for Yelp, Google Reviews, or similar platforms: --- **Terrible Experience – Avoid Eviva** I spent $1,000 on a vanity from Eviva, and both the countertop and base arrived damaged. After canceling installation and enduring delays, we had no choice but to install the broken vanity bottom just to have a working sink. I contacted Eviva multiple times requesting a replacement or compensation, and they never responded. No accountability, no customer care. Save yourself the headache—buy locally where you can see what you're getting and deal with a real person. I won't ever buy from Eviva again. --- Want a punchier version for social media too?

Don't buy from Eviva. They will not stand by their items and they will not accept your return. Buy local as working with them is disappointing and a waste of time
