Broke after nine months
I got my H 13 pro in April , 2025, and the suction completely stopped working December 2025 it didn't even last a full nine months. I'm very disappointed because I thought it was a good product. It was easy to clean and it didn't leave big puddles. And it used to leave my floors spotless. The dreame website has been putting me through hours of customer service repeating questions and just taking me for a loop. They're not helpful and have zero answers on why my vacuum isn't sucking and just leaving a huge puddle on the floor.
