Not impressed with the flow
The features (the three settings) are nice and it is good-looking, but I am not impressed with the flow. My showers now take longer because it takes longer to get my hair wet, and to rinse it. The description says "sculpts water into a unique wave pattern, forming a powerful drench spray" and "Gives you the feeling of more water without using more water," but this is more poetic license than truth, in my opinion.
Hello hjkommel, Thank you for your review regarding the Delta H2Okinetic® 3-Setting Raincan Shower Head. I am very sorry to hear that the shower head did not meet your expectations due to the lowered flow rate and that the H2OKinetic technology does not feel as if it makes a difference. This shower head has been designed to dispense 2.0 gallons of water per minute at 80 psi. If you are more familiar with using a model which dispenses 2.5 gallons per minute or higher, you may notice a slight difference in the amount of water being dispensed. If you would like to test your model to ensure that you are receiving 2.0 gallons of water per minute, please fill a pitcher or bucket for one minute and measure the amount of water to be certain the model is dispensing the full 2 gallons. We do manufacture shower heads with a 2.5 GPM flow rate if you are interested. Water runs through it, that's the best I can say
We ordered this from a high-end plumbing store to replace our old showerhead. I agree with iKelly that the pressure/flow from it is terrible. I'm using the handheld instead until I can hopefully return this. The cheap showerhead in our small bathroom is better than this. You can't even get a good rinse from it, let alone that "massage" feel option that a good showerhead should have. If it were cheap I would give it a 2 or 3. Since it's also overpriced, i gave it 1 star
