Firman P01202 1500/1200 Watt Gas Recoil Start Generator with 12 V Outlets, cETL, CARB

I have larger generators for when the power goes out during the day (thanks california). I wanted a small, easy to lift unit just to run my refrigerator at night and coffee maker in the morning. It doesn't make sense to burn the fuel a larger gen needs when you're asleep and almost everything is turned off. This little guy runs over 11 hours on 1.7 gallons of gas. it's easy to move, runs perfect and starts on the first or second pull every time. It's a money saver. Be smart and drain the fuel tank and carburetor float bowl when not in use. the float bowl has a drain. Change the oil after 5 hours and then again every 25. If I drain the gas from both places, it always starts when I need it next. I really like this small handy unit when my wattage needs are low.

Bought this for use at my camp. It runs my lights,TV, satellite and even a coffee maker in the morning. It runs some power tool ie 71/4 inch skil saw, drills and a cheap vacuum cleaner. That's about it. Easy to start and put into a small shed with lots of ventilation you can hardly hear it. Also manageable for a senior to handle
