I installed the door first and the stationary glass second, all as per instructions. The stationary glass ended up about 3/8" higher than the door. I think the threshold is not perfectly level thus raising the stationary glass. The good news is my wife didn't notice and is very happy. I was concerned about the 1" channels as I preferred a 100% frameless look but they are hardly noticeable. The package arrived with a chip in the glass and a bent channel. It was promptly replaced, no questioned asked. This is my second DreamLline shower to install and it saved a minimum of $1000 each when compared to a professional installation.
