Product details
Reptiles rely on external heat sources to elevate their body temperature. Zilla Heat Mat Terrarium Heaters provide warmth for reptiles to absorb from their surrounding environment in order to maintain and thermo-regulate heat used for daily activities, appetite and digestion. Carbon fiber heating technology efficiently radiates infrared waves creating uniform heating with no hot spots. Carbon fiber is an energy-efficient method for heating with no wires that might become pinched or broken. Each unit has adhesive backing and is low voltage with a maximum temperature of 113F. The material properties restrict it from getting warmer and remove the need for a thermal switch, which often fail.

Perfect

Perfect Temperature for my Gecko
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a yellow spotted gecko aptly named “Lemon” who is just about the cutest thing in the world and she lives in a 75 gallon terrarium tank. I use Zilla terrarium heater and have been using it for the last 4 years. Lemon loves the heater and is often seen around the area where the heater is mounted under the tank. She loves sleeping in that area esp during winter months. It works and is durable. 4 years and going! I am so happy that I received the Zilla Terrarium Heater for 10-20 gallon tanks for the times that I need to place her in her 10 gallon tank when I need to clean her main tank. This will keep her cozy and safe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heated mat is excellent. My beardie loves it. It is optimal size for her. It fits well in her cage. It has a long cord that is able to reach pretty far to plug in. Wipes off easily. I would recommend.
