Time to be heard!

My neighbor keeps his motorcycle on his porch 10 ft from my bedroom window He does not want it vandalized in the parking lot. However, he will rev it sometimes for a length of time and there is no management to complain to. I plan on using this next time and I ride an electric bike and it fits perfectly on the side of my backpack for easy access, just in case!
