bubly Lemon Sparkling Water, 12 fl oz, 8 Pack Cans

I received my 8 pack of 12 oz bubly Sparkling Water Lemon recently and was anxious to try it. Whether in a restaurant or at home, I usually have lemon with my water. For reasons of health and well being I drink a lot of water. Lemon adds a little flavor and extra health benefits. I opened a can right away and began drinking it. I was pleasantly surprised. It has just the right amount of lemon and carbonation for my taste. I don't like a lot of carbonation, but a little adds character to the drink. bubly Sparkling Water contains only sparkling water and natural flavoring; no sweeteners or other ingredients, which makes it a zero calorie, fat, carbohydrates, and other needless things. The product come in several other flavors, but I prefer the lemon. To me it is refreshing and satisfies my thirst. I am not sure the other flavors would do likewise, but I am willing to try some of them and find out. While I am not likely to replace all my liquid needs with bubly, I will definitely like to keep some on hand when hot or after exertion. Good job Pepsico.

I first tried this sparkling water chilled and with ice. I really don't care for this as a stand-alone drink. It seems to be just club soda with lemon flavoring. It has no sweetener at all. Since I prefer just plain water or a sweetened diet cola or iced tea to quench my thirst, I would not buy this product to drink like it comes in the can. HOWEVER…. this makes a good mixer. I mixed 3 parts crisp white wine with one part lemon flavored bubly sparkling water and it made a very good wine cooler. I'm sure it would work equally as well in other mixed drinks. The 8 pack of 12 ounce cans is priced reasonably at Walmart. There are no calories, no carbs, and no nutritional value. But if you want to add a little life to a mixed drink or some wine, it's good.
