Pillows are medium for firmness, as described, and the nice part is that they can be easily punched into place to suit. For past few years I have purchased the alternative filled pillows, only to replace them because the foam flattened - so far these continue to fluff back to normal. What a difference! As for delivery - no complaints. Delivery was carried out as communicated.
