Listerine Total Care Intense Anticavity Fluoride Mouthwash, Intense Mint, 500 mL

I didn't know that this was a frozen dessert, or that I needed to be sure to bring the delivery order inside A.S.A.P. …. or that this product needed to be in the freezer; it was sitting on the counter next to my refrigerator - the box was ripped open by the way - and it melted and that chocolate ice cream (or whatever it is) melted and ran down the side of the cabinet into the floor, and all under the cabinet . . . I have a mess that will take me a week to get cleaned up - I have to pull the cabinet out from the wall , and I'm not really in a “condition” - medically , in which I can easily do that; the reason I am exceedingly angered by this is , the Gellato/cake product itself , or, the black plastic container that the product comes in was cut open on the bottom of it - looked like it had been literally sliced open with a razor blade - if not for that, it wouldn't have leaked out everywhere. If looked as if that cut on the container, as well as where the box was sliced open were done deliberately - they were SLICES , not TEARS or RIPS; but, WHY would anyone do such a thing deliberately??? The product cost $14 and change - but it was all such a mess - all I could do with the entire thing was throw it away. Anyway, I can't really say how good the product was, or not good …. all I got to taste was a spoonful of what tasted like melted chocolate ice cream - which, had a pretty decent taste (!?!) Thanks (?!?)
