If you are watching carbs or calories OR just want GOOD, fresh bread this is a pretty healthy choice. I have been buying it for years and I love it. The uninformed people who think the REVIEWS section is the place to complain about their bread being smushed during their Walmart DELIVERY need to go to the correct section on the Walmart app! It does not warrant a bad review for the bread. It's funny that people do that on all major apps, but not fair to products!! It's not rocket science people :) :)

Great for calorie deficit

I've been trying hard to eat in a calorie deficit and this bread not only tastes good, but helps me keep my calories low. I use it to prep protein French toast casserole for each day and it keeps me full. No weird texture like some other breads.
