Not a good reliable company

I ordered these. the first box I got from them was a box of hear aid batteries instead of 18 gauge 2in nails. So I called them and I'm still waiting on a return label for my refund. I ordered another box of 5000 18 ga 2 in nails since I need to return the batteries to get my refund. I still haven't got the return label. The 2nd box I ordered came in a tore up box with nails everywhere inside the shipping box.
