We like this as a topper for our salads at dinner time, as well as when we make our home style Sweet and Sour Chicken we add into the mix a generous splash of these sunflower kernels into the frying pans as we mix the Sweet and Sour sauce with the breaded fried chicken tenders as our main course dinner now and then.
